Evaluations and Assessments
How Can You Get Support?
We provide evaluations for memory and cognitive concerns, thinking changes after injury or illness, and related conditions, as well as attention, autism, and learning, for adults, teens, and children ages 6 and up.
Memory & Cognitive ConcernsUnderstand changes in memory, attention, and thinking, whether you are noticing everyday forgetfulness, questions about aging and memory, or early signs of cognitive decline. A clear picture of your cognitive strengths and concerns can help you and your providers plan meaningful next steps.
|
Cognitive Changes After Injury or IllnessAssess how a brain injury, stroke, or medical condition has affected your thinking. These evaluations clarify what has changed and what has stayed strong, providing a roadmap for recovery, accommodations, and tracking progress over time.
|
ADHD and Autism EvaluationsFor adults and children, including adults who suspect they were missed or misunderstood earlier in life. Using a neurodiversity-affirming approach, we clarify how your mind works and identify the strengths and supports that help you thrive.
